University/Faculty Club Interest Survey
This brief survey will provide the Provost's Office information on the level of support across campus for establishing a University/Faculty Club, the kinds of services and amenities that would be expected in such an establishment, and the anticipated level of use. The Club would provide a comfortable environment for current and retired faculty, staff, alumni, and guests to gather for informal exchange and to transact institutional business.
